Service Incompletion: If we are unable to complete your tax preparation, a full refund will be issued. 2. Non-Refundable Fees: Consultation Fees, Paid for initial consultations are non-refundable, Filing Fees: Any government or third party service fees are non-refundable.Amendment Fees: Additional fees for amendments after filing are non-refundable. 3. Cancellations: Before Filing: Cancellations before tax preparation begins may be refunded minus consultation fees. After Filing: No refunds will be issued once your return is filed. 4.
